Arabescato Islands

A recent redesign by Posh Seattle and Alluvion Homes brought fresh finishes and upscale style to this gorgeous lakefront home outside of Seattle, WA. The six bedroom residence, currently listed by Home Docket, comes complete with glistening new Arabescato PentalQuartz countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen.

With a generous layout, the chef’s kitchen is designed to be a hub for entertaining. It boasts two islands, one for maximizing prep space and one with seating for three that divides the kitchen from the adjacent living room. Bold veining runs through Arabescato, creating a uniform pattern through the islands and perimeter countertops. High-end appliances, a beverage center and double dishwashers pack extra utility into the space making it ideal for everything from enjoying a casual breakfast to hosting a large gathering.

The feature wall of the kitchen is lined with reclaimed wood planks that add natural texture and a farmhouse aesthetic to the otherwise crisp white design. Classic white subway tile fills the remaining backsplash areas.

The luxurious white marble look of Arabescato continues into one of the home’s four bathrooms. The focus on natural colors and textures throughout the updated home pays tribute to its mid-century history roots with all of the luxuries of contemporary design.
