Winner of the 2017 NAIOP High Rise Residential of the Year award, the Kinects Tower by Bumgardner Architects features Pental Surfaces in its many residences.
To get the most out of a small urban footprint, the LEED Certified tower was constructed with the largest floors on top, cascading down with a sloping pyramid on three sides. With a focus on elegant design and a luxurious living experience, Pental Surfaces was used for kitchens in the Kinects Tower units. Multiple design palettes were installed – one with bright white high gloss cabinets paired with PentalQuartz in Calacatta and another with dark grey cabinets paired with PentalQuartz in Grigio. Elsewhere in the building, you’ll find large 12×24” Pental Surfaces tile from our Sign Porcelain Tile and Motion Porcelain Tile series.
The kitchen in each unit connects with the main living area for a spacious open concept floorplan. Sleek interiors, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in every apartment let the occupants take in views of the booming Seattle metro area. With generous amenities and polished modern finishes, residents of Kinects will live well in this beautiful new addition to the Seattle skyline.
