Gridiron Condos in Seattle

As featured in the Seattle Times, the newly constructed Gridiron tower melds past and future with the addition of 107 new condo units atop a historic masonry building in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. Designed by Hewitt Architects, the boutique 12-story community was constructed with modern concrete, glass and steel architecture above the 115-year old Johnson Plumbing Building.

Interiors by Jennie Gruss have industrial and urban stylings with floorplans between 622 and 1,726 square feet. The condos bring urban-chic amenities for the residents including expansive walls of windows, engineered hardwood floors and European-inspired kitchens with PentalQuartz countertops.
