An exclusive new development in northern Washington, Semihamoo Shore features direct beach access and stunning views. Two model homes have been built here, both beautifully designed by Markie Nelson using several Pental tile and stone products. We’ll feature the Northwest style in today’s blog post, and the Driftwood style in a post next week!
The Northwest model uses a simple open floor design with large windows to take full advantage of the spectacular coastal views. The kitchen, open to the dining and living areas, features dark wood upper & lower cabinetry and PentalQuartz countertops in the toffee-colored Canyon. A tonal glass tile backsplash pulls the brown palette together along with the wood floor and stainless steel appliances to create a sleek and serene space.
Two master bedrooms include full baths – one on the first floor and another upstairs. Both master baths feature Marvel Pro tile in Travertino Alabastrino on the floor and walls, plus a mosaic in the same shade on the shower pan. PentalQuartz in the Gobi color tops the vanities that sit on dark wood cabinets, and Paradigm glass tile accents in Alloy-Chromium help pull together the various warm shades used throughout the room. A guest bath uses Parc porcelain tile in Crema Luna polished 12×24 for the shower walls, and Island Stone Level Pebble in French Tan for the shower floor.
