The goal for this kitchen renovation was simple – deliver a “bright, white, happy kitchen”. Nathan Reynolds of Insperiors did that by removing the dated cabinetry and dark granite surfaces, and creating a more functional layout and an open airy feel. The new palette compliments the gorgeous views of the property and the muted off-white hues tie together the kitchen, pantry and dining areas for a seamless feel.
“The existing hardwood floors now look richer against the white cabinetry, and the new pendant lights add a sculptural element” says Nathan. The dark wood base on the island balances out the lighter components, while a Pental glass backsplash adds visual interest with a pop of color. The homeowner chose PentalQuartz countertops in Taj Mahal to add a sophisticated elegance to the overall composition.
Warm-toned movement combines with subtle cool flecks that add a freshness to both the island top and perimeter surfaces. Viking appliances and sleek cabinet hardware finish off this stylish space. The perfect combination of warmth and white!
